Bashiti hardware offers the exchange & return privilege to our clients but under our company return & exchange policy   : 

1. Any return or exchange should be by showing the receipt of purchase .
2. Exchange any product should not exceed 7 days from purchase date .
3. Return any product should not exceed 3 days from purchase date.
4. Any product needs to be exchanged or returned for any reason should be in the same condition as receive ( not used , no packing damage ) .
